15 years inside ad tech, mar tech, creative agencies and publishing —for Adobe, The Guardian, GumGum and The Smalls, and with Heineken, Netflix, Uber, The BBC, Disney, Meta and Red Bull Racing.

Lauren has led and transformed commercial and marketing functions, spearheading growth that led to acquisitions, expansion into new markets and transformational deals across multiple sectors.

She founded The Re-EDIT because she kept seeing the same problem: businesses bringing in consultants who understood consulting but didn't understand the industry. The Re-EDIT exists to fix that — native operators, native insight, change that actually sticks.
